About
so that in everything they may adorn the doctrine of God our Savior. — Titus 2:10
we must make every effort to make the gospel understandable and attractive. — John Piper
There is a proper place for Christian polemics and for satire. But truth is most glorious and most compelling when its beauty is plainly displayed, when we use God’s gift of language to adorn his truth. It is my goal to do so here, mainly in the words of my betters.
The exclusivity of God’s truth means that the ugliness of error will never be far from view. But I will not seek to focus on refuting particular error, although I hope to shine gospel light upon our common sin. Please email me if you have quotes to suggest.
